Description

OptoLine S+ has selectable xenon white or yellow-orange light for Scania sun protection. Connection: Connect the connector for white light, the yellow cable is then connected for yellow-orange light. Thanks to the delayed return, it is possible to use this function for turn signals or strobe lights.

When the orange turns on, the white turns off and when the orange turns off, the light turns off for about 1-1.5 seconds and then lights up white again. The function with delayed re-ignition of the white light allows you to switch on, e.g. blinkers or strobe lights without the white light coming on between blinks.

Quick and easy replacement

Changing the lamp itself is super simple, as one of the objectives was that it could be replaced in a few minutes. It is “snap-on” and fits directly into the original cable connection on the sun visor of Scania R/P/G/T models.
